Vikram Bhalla is the Chief Executive Officer of The Convergence Foundation (TCF). He brings over 30 years of strategic leadership experience from his time at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) to the social and economic development sector. At BCG, he led the People and Organisation practice in Asia, the leadership and talent topic globally, set up the Leadership and Talent Enablement Centre in Singapore, led the family business topic in emerging markets, led the building materials topic globally, led the PE practice in India, among other roles. He did a fellowship on family businesses in emerging markets, summarised in a TED talk on the same topic. 

He holds a B.Sc from Delhi University and an MBA from IIM, Calcutta.
