Vikram Bhalla is a Senior Partner and Managing Director at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG). In his career with BCG, he has led the People and Organisation practice in Asia, the leadership and talent topic globally, set up the Leadership and Talent Enablement Centre in Singapore, led the family business topic in emerging markets, led the building materials topic globally, led the PE practice in India, among other roles. He did a fellowship on family businesses in emerging markets, summarised in a TED talk on the same topic. He is an active part of BCG’s social impact practice, having been engaged with the sector in a personal and professional capacity since 2010. He has set up and leads BCG’s Social Impact Incubator, which partners with non-profits looking to have an exponential impact on India’s development priorities.

He holds a B.Sc from Delhi University and an MBA from IIM, Calcutta.
