
Swapnil Kesarwani
Swapnil Kesarwani is a Program Manager with the Strategic Public Finance team.
Prior to joining CEGIS, he worked with The/Nudge Institute, where he led initiatives across strategy, product development, and program operations to strengthen income opportunities for ultra-poor households and urban street vendors, and also managed the Indian Administrative Fellowship. He has previously worked with Swaniti Initiatives, the Smart Village Movement, and Avanti Learning Centre, contributing to governance, livelihoods, and education programs in tribal and rural regions.
Swapnil holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Public Policy from the Takshashila Institution, a General Management Program for Young Leaders from IIM Bangalore, and a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University.
His professional interests include economic inclusion, grassroots governance, and designing data-driven solutions for poverty alleviation and institutional reform.
