She is an experienced administrative professional with a background in English Literature and began her career in teaching. Sovana brings strong operational skills to the table. Over the years, she has contributed her expertise to organizations such as Ipas Development Foundation, J-PAL, and USAID APP Projects, where she played a pivotal role in ensuring efficient administrative and procurement processes, as well as organizing and executing high-impact events.

In addition, she has extensive experience in managing national and international travel, including travel-related compliances.

She is currently pursuing studies in Human Resources to enhance her professional profile. Beyond her professional pursuits, Sovana is also an ardent dancer.
