Sona Rai Sarin is working as a Senior Program Associate with the Outcome Measurement team, based in Mumbai.

Previously, she worked as a Consultant with 3ie, where she completed a systematic review focused on food security and nutritional evidence with an emphasis on women's empowerment and climate-resilient strategies in Sub-Saharan Africa. She also served as a Research Assistant with the Georgetown University Initiative on Innovation, Development.

Sona holds a Master’s degree in International Development Policy from Georgetown University
