Sasmita is working as a Program Manager with the State team in Odisha. She brings over 8 years of experience in research, teaching, capacity building, and programme implementation, having worked extensively with state government institutions on competency-based learning and governance reforms. Prior to joining us, she was working as an Assistant Professor at Kalinga Institute of Social Sciences.
