Paridhi is a Senior Program Associate in the  Personnel Management Team.

She brings over five years of experience in education policy, curriculum design, and large-scale program implementation. Her work focuses on building future-ready vocational education frameworks, enabling school-to-work transitions, and supporting system-level reforms through research, design, and capacity building.

Before joining CEGIS, Paridhi worked with Lend A Hand India, where she led initiatives to design new-age vocational curricula and strengthen the Schools of Specialised Excellence (SoSE) model, aligning classroom learning with emerging skill pathways. She began her career as a Teach For India Fellow, an experience that grounded her commitment to equitable and meaningful education.

Paridhi holds a Bachelor of Education and a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Microbiology, both from the University of Delhi. Beyond work, Paridhi enjoys staying active through cycling and travel, and loves bringing people together over good conversations.
