Srinidhi Kavirayani is working as a Program Associate with the State team in Telangana.

She brings experience in public policy research, program evaluation, and data analysis, with a strong focus on gender, education, and livelihoods. She has contributed to policy and evaluation studies through mixed-methods research and has worked on program evaluations, impact analysis, and the design of monitoring frameworks across the development sector.

She holds a Master's degree in Public Policy and Governance from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Hyderabad. She also holds a Bachelor's degree in Statistics from St. Xavier's College, Mumbai, and was awarded the France Excellence Charpak Exchange Scholarship as part of an international semester exchange program at Sciences Po Paris.
