Namrata is working as a Program Manager with the State team in Odisha. She brings over 6 years of experience in urban livelihoods, waste management, community engagement, and government program implementation. Prior to joining us, she worked with organisations such as Urban Management Centre, UNDP, and the Centre for Land Governance, supporting large-scale state initiatives in Odisha and Madhya Pradesh. She holds an MBA in Rural Management from KIIT School of Rural Management, KIIT University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Accounts Honours) from Utkal University.
