Vasavi is a Program Manager at CEGIS. Prior to CEGIS, she worked as a Project Officer at Mahila Abhivruddhi Society, Andhra Pradesh (APMAS) on improving household level water and sanitation facilities. She has also worked at the Society for Employment Generation and Enterprise Development, Government of Andhra Pradesh and City Speaks, Visakhapatnam as a Research Intern.

She holds a Master's degree in Development Studies from TISS, Hyderabad and a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from GITAM, Visakhapatnam.
