Ganesh is Lead for Sectoral Data Systems with the Outcome Measurement team at CEGIS. Prior to CEGIS, he developed and led the Embedded Research Advisory and ME&L Diagnostic services for NGOs and governments in East Africa with Laterite. Before that, he worked at J-PAL in India. 

He holds an M.Sc. (Hons.) in Economics and B.E. (Hons.) in Electronics and Electrical Engineering from BITS, Pilani – Goa Campus. He is interested in strengthening data and statistical systems and believes in an embedded, long-term approach to governance reforms within Indian state governments.
