Narayan is a Senior Program Manager in the Technology & Digital Enablement team.

He brings over two decades of experience in the development sector in data systems, data analytics & reporting, digital transformation initiatives, evidence-based decision-making and monitoring & evaluations.

Previously, he has worked with World Health Partners, Plan International, PSI, HLFPPT and Open Learning Systems. Across these organizations he contributed to digital health systems, enterprise business intelligence solutions, global sales-force automation, IVRS and CRM platforms, standardized decision processes and predictive analytics that improved operational efficiency and social impact.

Narayan holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from Utkal University, Certificate in Information Technology from CMC Ltd. and Global Certification in Data Science from INSAID (Accredian).
