N Prasandth Shankar is working as a Program Manager in the Outcome Measurement team.

Prasandth brings over seven years of professional experience spanning monitoring and evaluation, education, social impact, energy, and electrical systems. Over the last five years, he has specialized in designing and strengthening monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) systems to support evidence-based decision-making and programme improvement.

Prior to joining CEGIS, he served as Associate Manager - Monitoring & Evaluation at The/Nudge Institute, where he led large-scale impact evaluations, developed measurement frameworks, and built data systems to generate actionable insights for government partners and programme teams. He has also held M&E roles at Mantra4Change and Makkala Jagriti, contributing to organization-wide evaluation frameworks and learning systems across multiple states.

Prasandth holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from NIT Surathkal and an MBA (PGDM in Energy Management) from the NTPC School of Business.
