Joel is a Senior Program Associate – Technology & Digital Enablement at the CEGIS Foundation, bringing over 5+ years of experience in L2 end-user senior technical support.

Prior to this role, he worked with CEGIS as a consultant through Tech Galaxy Incorporation, where he contributed to strengthening IT operations and support functions.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Delhi University and a Diploma in Network Administration from Jetking.
