Disha Sharma is working as a Senior Program Associate in the Talent Acquistion function in the People and Culture Team.

With an overall experience of over five years, Disha specializes in connecting organizations with the right talent to drive business growth. Her transition into Human Resources (Talent Acquisition) was a conscious move driven by her people-first mindset and guided by her aim to bridge the talent gap. Her core expertise lies in Full-Cycle Recruitment, handling Recruitment Systems and Operations, and Stakeholder Management.

Prior to joining CEGIS, she partnered with Social Impact organizations and Startups to deliver hiring solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs.

She pursued her MBA from Xavier University, Bhubaneswar and her Bachelor’s degree from Miranda House, University of Delhi.
