Meet Mohith, a Senior Program Associate on the Project Delivery team at CEGIS. His journey in the development sector began with Teach For India, where working closely with children and communities nurtured his commitment to equity and social change. He later became a Mahatma Gandhi National Fellow, an experience that taught him how to bridge the world of policy with the realities of people’s lives and to translate big ideas into meaningful action on the ground.

Before joining CEGIS, Mohith worked with the International Innovation Corps, partnering with the Karnataka State Health Department. In this role, he supported senior officials by bringing in data-driven insights, strengthening governance processes, and contributing to analysis and narrative building to inform decision-making. These experiences deepened his appreciation for how evidence can be used to strengthen public systems and improve service delivery.

He holds a Bachelor of Technology in Agricultural Engineering from the University of Agricultural Sciences, Bengaluru. Outside of work, Mohith enjoys exploring offbeat places, hiking through nature trails, discovering new cuisines and engaging with history, whether through stories, anecdotes, or simply understanding how the past shapes the present.
