
Mehar Satsangi
Mehar Satsangi has joined as a Program Manager in the Outcome Measurement team in Mumbai. She brings seven years of experience spanning the corporate, non-profit, government, and development sectors, with work in areas including impact evaluation, education outcomes improvement, climate-resilient agriculture, and financial services.
Mehar has previously worked as a Data & Policy Fellow at the Cook County Bureau of Economic Development in Chicago, where she helped assess the impact of $300M in ARPA-funded programs and implemented data systems to streamline program monitoring and analyses. She has also worked with the World Bank’s Development Impact Evaluation (DIME) team on randomized controlled trials addressing human trafficking in India, and with the University of Chicago Crime Lab on community-led gun-violence reduction efforts.
Mehar holds a Master’s in Public Policy with a specialization in International Development and Data Analytics from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor’s in Economics from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai.
