Aditya serves as the Strategy Manager in the CEO’s Office.

He brings experience in strategy, policy analysis, and stakeholder engagement, having led initiatives across private and non-profit sectors. Prior to CEGIS, he worked with S&P Global on research and consulting projects and served on its global Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion board. At Pratham USA, he led program design, donor management, and capacity-building initiatives.

Aditya holds a Master’s in Public Policy with a specialisation in Finance Policy from the University of Chicago’s Harris School, where he was awarded the Harris Alumni Scholarship, Dean Fellowship, and P-Fund Award. He also holds a BA in Economics (Honours) from the University of Delhi. His expertise includes policy design, strategic communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
