Alok Arunam works as Senior Programme Manager in Personnel Management vertical at CEGIS.

He has led capacity-building and data-driven governance initiatives in his previous roles at CLOP- CEGIS, JPAL South Asia, Tata Trusts, MicroSave and TRI across various states such as Rajasthan, Jharkhand, Uttar Pradesh. He has earlier led the competency-based capacity building at the IP Office, DPIIT while working closely with Capacity Building Unit (CBU). 

An IIT Madras alumnus, Alok holds a PGP in Liberal Arts and Leadership as Young India Fellow from Ashoka University, a PGP in Public Policy from ISPP, and a MITx MicroMasters in Data, Economics, and Design of Policy: International Development

Alok is passionate about using technology and data to solve problems in government and social impact.
