Pallavi Sinha is working as a Senior Program Associate in the Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) team.
She brings interdisciplinary expertise across Public Health, Gender-Based Violence, Livelihoods, and Education, with a strong foundation in evidence-driven programme design and systems strengthening. Pallavi holds a Master’s degree in Sustainable Development Practice from the TERI School of Advanced Studies and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science (Honours) from the University of Delhi.
Her work focuses on building robust evidence ecosystems that strengthen implementation systems and enable high-quality, scalable programme models. She has contributed to research, evaluation, and verification initiatives that synthesize insights into actionable learning ensuring that data meaningfully informs decision-making.
Deeply interested in public health research and quality management systems, Pallavi is driven by the belief that rigorous evidence and thoughtful design are central to sustainable impact.
