N Prasandth Shankar is a Program Manager in the Outcome Measurement Team at CEGIS.

He brings over seven years of professional experience across monitoring and evaluation, education, social impact, energy, and electrical systems. Over the last five years, he has specialised in designing and strengthening monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) systems to support evidence-based decision-making and programme improvement. 

Prior to joining CEGIS, he served as Associate Manager – Monitoring and Evaluation at The/Nudge Institute, where he led large-scale impact evaluations, developed measurement frameworks, and built data systems to generate actionable insights for government partners and programme teams. He has also held M&E roles at Mantra4Change and Makkala Jagriti, contributing to organisation-wide evaluation frameworks and learning systems across multiple states.

He holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from NIT Surathkal and an MBA (PGDM in Energy Management) from the NTPC School of Business.
