Piyush Priyadarshi is a Program Manager in the Personnel Management vertical. 
He brings extensive expertise in large-scale governance initiatives, state-level institutional reform, and competency-based capacity building. Piyush holds a Master’s in Social Work (Public Health) from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai, and a BA LLB from the National University of Study and Research in Law, Ranchi.

His work focuses on institutionalising transformative frameworks like Mission Karmayogi and developing role-based competency systems to strengthen public service delivery. Prior to joining CEGIS Piyush worked with the Capacity Building Commission (CBC), Government of India, where he collaborated with several Union Ministries and State Governments for implementation of Mission Karmayogi.

He also led capacity-building efforts for the Viksit Panchayat Initiative and co-led assessments for premier civil service training institutions that informed Cabinet-level policy reforms. Earlier in his career, he spent three years with the Kudumbashree National Resource Organisation in Arunachal Pradesh, where he spearheaded the Start-Up Village Entrepreneurship Program to promote women-led rural enterprises and non-farm livelihoods.
