Anamika Chauhan is the Lead for Learning and Development at CEGIS. 

She has worked at Airbnb and American Express, specialising in capability and competency building, leadership development, talent development, learning strategy and facilitation. Anamika holds a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology from Bangalore University and is DISC-certified.
