Disha Sharma is a Senior Program Associate in the Talent Acquisition function within the People and Culture Team at CEGIS.

She brings over five years of experience in talent acquisition, specialising in connecting organisations with the right talent to drive growth. Her transition into Human Resources was driven by her people-first mindset and aim to bridge the talent gap. Her core expertise lies in full-cycle recruitment, recruitment systems and operations, and stakeholder management. Prior to joining CEGIS, she partnered with social impact organisations and startups to deliver hiring solutions tailored to their unique needs.

She holds an MBA from Xavier University, Bhubaneswar, and a Bachelor’s degree from Miranda House, University of Delhi.
